Competences

  • follows the compliment of the contractual stipulations with the informatic service providers
  • insures the compliment of the legal stipulations viewing the data publication, the personal data protection and the informatic programs use
  • generates internal confidential reports that cannot be elaborated by external providers
  • contributes at the reduction of the costs for the analysis, projection, realization , configuration, installation , programs implementation , applications and electronic services specific to the public administration activity;
  • insures a short response time in the case of informatic incidents ;
  • realizes with the support of the other compartments the study and analysis of the existent informational systems;
  • conceives and elaborates development projects of the informatic system in the context of the informational society development;
  • revises periodically the informatization strategy , according to the realities and current orientations in the informatics, according to the local priorities, municipal, national and global tendencies in the domain, modifying the director project;
  • follows the insurance of the compatibility and interoperability of the own informatic system with the informatic systems in exploitation and with the informational relays of national or local interest;
  • implements the informatic systems , follows and evaluates the implementation actions of the informatization strategy, the study of realization and the concordance of the realization with the unitary norms and the methodologies at national level;
  • coordinates the formation and perfection of the personnel for the informatic technology use and the data communication in the frame of the annual perfecting program;
  • follows the functioning of the offered services on electronic way and defines their extension strategies;
  • contributes at the organization and unroll of the of the public acquisitions from the informatic and communications technical domain ;
  • insures specialty technical assistance for the compartments in the institution, at their request in the domain of the informatic and communication systems ;
  • administrates and supervises the computers relay and the institution telecommunications and the connections with the relays interconnected with it;
  • accords specialty technical assistance for :
  • insures the informational support at the decisions preparation ;
  • improves the activity of relations with the public, and promotes the image of the city and the Local Council;
  • insures the access of the citizens at public informations (informations center);
  • gradually generalizes the information exchange relaid on electronic documents;
  • contributes at the institution image promotion and the geographic zone on internal and international plan through the WEB page.

    • IT acquisitions : 29 computers + 6 printers
    • Informatic system acquisition for the Accountancy Office
      Documents Management Informatic system acquisition
      Microsoft programs licenses acquisition
    • Following and implementing contracts
    • Accountancy informatics system

  • Implementation of the Documents Management Informatical system
  • Project iReform investigating the fiability of an integrated Open Source project to cover all the activities of the city hall departments..
  • Specialty assistance accorded daily to other departments
  • Requirements gathering for a new portal of informations which would promote the institution activity ( the new WEB page , already functional)
  • Information publication on the city hall web site
  • Daily backups for the important information
  • Creation of diverse documents and presentation materials (diplomas, invitations, visit cards, postcards, poster 2005, identification cards)
  • Development of applications for civil state, commercial, urbanism, orders management
