• Making the payments orders, the payments dispositions,and the account book ;
• Effecting the payments operations and cashing money ;
• Making the monthly balance, the trimestrial and annual accountant balance ;
• Following all the payment orders , budgetary account extracts ;
• Ruling the sales journal of the commercial spaces, preparing the T.V.A statements and the payments obligations to the state and their deposit to the Finance General Direction ;
• Centralizing all the annexes and account statements from all the budgetary centres for the preparation of the account statements on the city hall ;
• Following the correct effectuation of inventory at the end of the year .
