Competences 

  • Prepares the decisional projects, the motives exposures, the specialty reports for the approval of the incomes and expenses budget of the city, for the budget rectifications , draws up the annexes for them ,
  • prepares the decisional projects, the motive exposures , the specialty reports for the approval of all actions which have financial involvements , 
  • prepares the budgetary credits opening for the City Hall, the budgetary execution centers from the educational system, health, culture and social assistance ,
  • prepares the payment ordonnaces, the budgetary commitments and the employment proposals of the expenses, following the integration within the approved plans on chapters and paragraphs, on expenses titles, and indites the annexes for the investment objectives ,
  • indites the financing admission requests for the investment objectives on all the budget chapters,
  • indites the monthly executions, execution accounts, trimestrial and annual execution accounts deposed by all the subordinated tertiary units  ,
  • presents in front of the council the annual execution account for the anterior year,
  • distributes on tertiary units the approved sums for the incomes and expenses budget ,
  • distributes the sums on trimesters, articles and paragraphs, at all the accounts of the City Hall ,
  • indites the acts for diverse cultural actions, sports and religious ones, follows their unroll  viewing the integration in the allocated sums,
  • indites the fundamentally notes for the expenses financed by T.V.A and from the deducted sums from the income tax for social protection ,
  • prepares the necessary documents to obtain extra budgetary financings ( bank credits , county obligations) and follows their unroll through the preparation of the payments acts and the public local debt registry ,
  • financially speaking it is taking care of the organization of different manifestations like The City Days, The children Day, The National Day, Winter Holidays ,
  • collaborates on financial line with the County Council, DGFP, the county Treasury , 
  • solicits, threw addresses indite, to the competent institutions supplementary sums from the state budget to finance the educational institutes and health institutes .
