Satu Mare Industrial Park

The Industrial Park is only a click away on the virtual highway www.satu-mare.ro/industrialpark/, whereas the journey from the city centre is only ten minutes drive. The park has a favourable position from the point of view of accessibility on rail, air and also on the national road network.

Covering an area of 69.54 ha, the Satu Mare Industrial Park can be considered one of the largest industrial parks in Romania. Its surface is divided in 18 parcels, with areas varying between 1.25 ha and 6.9 ha. The legal terms of occupancy of these parcels will be satisfied by concession contracts. The rental fee has been established at 4,5 euro/m2.
